  • Summer Solstice Shinrin-Yoku on the Greenway: June 21, 2026, 9:00-11:00am

    Join certified nature & forest therapy guide, Debby Singleton, for a Summer Solstice walk and guided forest bathing experience on the Jackson County Greenway. The Summer Solstice is a time of peak sunlight, growth, and abundance in nature. Shinrin-Yoku is a research-based practice which has demonstrated a variety of physical, mental, and emotional benefits. During the 2 hour guided slow walk, Debby will lead participants on a sensory experience, welcoming the changes of the season, and concluding with a tea ceremony. Best for ages 13 and above.
