Greenway Energy Bites Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup almond butter smooth consistency*
½ cup dried cherries
½ cup dried dates
¼ cup honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

*Add a small amount of warm water until smooth consistency

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all ingredients into mixing bowl. Mix until everything is evenly distributed. Add a little warm water if you need to loosen up batter.
2. Scoop out a few tablespoons of batter with your hands and roll into a ball. Place ball on plate. Repeat till all batter is used. Makes about 15 balls.
3. Enjoy right away or store balls in airtight container in refrigerator.
